Deposits & Payments
A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation and is charged to the Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover card you provide. The remaining balance is due on the day of check-in and will be charged to the card on file unless other payment arrangements have been made.
Rates do not include MD State Tax of 6%.
Room Occupancy
This is a Bed & Breakfast. Owner/Innkeeper will be on property.
Only two guests per room.
Each room has a private bathroom. There are also common areas where all guests on property may gather.
Continental breakfast will be served 8:30am-10am.
Housekeeping is available upon request.
Strictly no smoking.
Pets
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets. Service dogs are permitted. Service dogs are trained to do work or perform tasks for guests with physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or other disability. A service dog may not be left on the premises alone. (ADA)
Check-In & Check-Out Policy
Check-In time is 3pm.
Check-Out time is 11am.
Cancellation Policy
If your plans change after your reservation is confirmed, cancellation notice is required 7 days in advance of your arrival date. You will be refunded your deposit, minus a $50 cancellation fee.
If you cancel your reservation 7 days or fewer prior to arrival date, you are responsible for the entire cost of your reservation. Your credit card on file will be charged in full, unless the room(s) rebook. If rooms do rebook, you will be refunded the difference, minus a $50 cancellation fee.
The cancellation fee also applies to changes in your arrival/departure date which result in a shorter stay. No refunds are provided for late arrivals or early departures.
